Since 2007 Dayana and Felipe have been documenting Ernst Gotsch's work, as well as studying it scientifically and practically. Among their great educational work we highlight the book "Vida em Sintropia" released in 2022 and the "Life in Syntropy" documentary available on Youtube.

IN SHORT
What’s the difference between having your soil covered by organic matter or by growing species? Ensuring enough organic material to be decomposed over time around your crops is essential. However, so is the maximization of photosynthetic processes through a biodiverse set of fast-growing species such as the grasses in between tree lines or the support species added among your crops.
In this video, Fernando Rebello from CEPEAS (Research Center for Syntropic Agricuture) presents several experimental areas implemented with the guidance of Ernst Götsch, sharing their insights on the role different species have in the system. Increasing the number of growing species in our plots leads to numerous advantages such as photosynthesis optimization, boosting the web of life in the soil, a constant source of organic matter, and independence from herbicides.
Farmers in our local networks tell us about their challenges, and we select videos produced by our international partners and translate the content into Greek. Our team is working on producing original videos to cover any remaining identified needs.
