Συνάντηση Αγροδασοπονίας και Αναγεννητικής Γεωργίας στην Λάρισα
Πώς μπορούν η αναγεννητική γεωργία και η αγροδασοπονία να μας βοηθήσουν να αντιμετωπίσουμε τις πιο σημαντικές προκλήσεις στα αγροκτήματά μας; Ποια οφέλη μπορεί να προσφέρει η προσέγγιση της αγροδασοπονίας στην ανθεκτικότητα και την παραγωγική ικανότητα μιας εκμετάλλευσης;
Την 1η Νοεμβρίου, θα εμβαθύνουμε σε αυτά τα ερωτήματα στο εντυπωσιακό Cob Farm, το οποίο φιλοξενεί διάφορα συστήματα αγροδασοπονίας —συμπεριλαμβανομένου ενός συστήματος με ιστορία 20 ετών— και εξερευνά μεθοδολογίες όπως η φυσική καλλιέργεια και η συντροπική γεωργία. Παράλληλα, θα κάνουμε το πρώτο βήμα για τη δημιουργία του τοπικού Δικτύου Αγροτών στην Λάρισα!
Η εκδήλωση θα φέρει κοντά αγρότες και άλλους ενδιαφερόμενους από την ευρύτερη περιοχή της Λάρισας, οι οποίοι επιθυμούν να μετασχηματίσουν την αγροτική τους δραστηριότητα εξερευνώντας προσεγγίσεις αγροδασοπονίας και αγροοικολογίας, και ενδιαφέρονται να ενημερωθούν και να δικτυωθούν. Ο Χρήστος Κοντομάνος από το cob.gr θα διευκολύνει την ανταλλαγή γνώσεων και θα παρουσιάσει τις αρχές σχεδιασμού που καθόρισαν τις εφαρμογές αγροδασοπονίας στο Cob Farm. Η Beate Caldewey-Samaras από το Pangaio Living Soil θα μοιραστεί την τεχνογνωσία της σχετικά με την υγεία του εδάφους, μέσα από μια ενότητα για την αυτο-ανάλυση του εδάφους με τη χρήση μικροσκοπίου.
Η συνάντηση έχει σχεδιαστεί ως ένας χώρος για ανταλλαγή γνώσης μεταξύ αγροτών και μεταξύ ερευνητών, πρακτικής μάθησης, δικτύωσης και συλλογικού αναστοχασμού. Η ημέρα θα επικεντρωθεί στην ανταλλαγή εμπειριών, στη διερεύνηση πραγματικών προκλήσεων και στον εντοπισμό λύσεων και ευκαιριών που ανταποκρίνονται στις τοπικές συνθήκες.

- Farmer-to-farmer exchange on best practices, local challenges and identified solutions adjusted to the farming reality of Larissa.
- Observing soil from participants’ land on the microscope and understanding practical impacts of regenerative approaches on soil health.
- Σύνδεση του Δικτύου Αγροτών της Λάρισα, με την ευκαιρία να παραμείνουμε σε επαφή και να συνεχίσουμε την ανταλλαγή γνώσεων και ευκαιριών και μετά τη συνάντηση.
We will also take the chance to introduce two currently running EU-funded projects, MAPPING and FIREFLIES, relevant to the development of agroforestry and resilient agricultural landscapes in Greece, specifically what they can bring to Greek farmers.

Η εκδήλωση απευθύνεται σε αγρότες της περιοχής της Κοζάνης που ενδιαφέρονται ή ήδη εφαρμόζουν πρακτικές αγροδασοπονίας και αναγεννητικής γεωργίας, καθώς και σε άλλους ενδιαφερόμενους, όπως γεωπόνους, ερευνητές, φορείς σχεδιασμού πολιτικής και άλλους συμμετέχοντες του Πανελλήνιου Αγροδασικού Συνεδρίου .

REGENERATIVE AGRICULTURE: Agroforestry and its benefits
Agroforestry and Regenerative Agriculture gathering in Larissa
How can regenerative agriculture and agroforestry help us combat the most crucial challenges in our farms? What benefits can the agroforestry approach bring to a farm’s resilience and productivity capacity?
On November 1st, we will dive into these questions in the impressive Cob Farm, which is home to different agroforestry systems, including one of 20 years, exploring methodologies such as natural farming and syntropic. At the same time, we will kick-start the Local Network for farmers in Larissa!
The event will bring together farmers and other interested participants from across the Larissa region who aim to transition their farming operation, exploring agroforestry and agroecological approaches, and are interested in learning more and connecting with others. Christos Kontomanos from cob.gr will support the knowledge exchange and share the design principles that guided the agroforestry implementations of Cob farm. Beate Caldewey-Samaras from Pangaio Living Soil, will share her expertise on soil health, with a session on soil self-analysis under the microscope.
The gathering is designed as a space for farmer-to-farmer and researcher-to-farmer exchange, practical learning, networking and collective reflection. The day will focus on sharing experiences, exploring real challenges and identifying solutions and opportunities that make sense in the local context.
